After a few days in which his continuity came into question, it seems as if Barcelona’s manager, Ronald Koeman will continue at the head of the team. However, he will have to change his style of play per the request of Joan Laporta.

Ronald Koeman’s future has been in the air the past few days. With reports that Barcelona President, Joan Laporta, was looking into a few options of possible managers. Nevertheless, according to a report of Cadena SER, this week the club will officially announce the continuity of the Dutch manager.

Additionally, the sports area have discussed the transfers with Koeman as well as what the style of play should be. Joan Laporta has asked the manager to play more offensive football with the 4-3-3 formation. This point is considered to be non-negotiable by the President.

Finally, in terms of salary, both players and manager have accepted and certain incentives have been included. These would be activated in case they achieve certain milestones and objectives throughout the season.
